By registering an Account, accessing any page on pkr66.biz beyond the public-facing informational pages, or placing any wager through pkr66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the pkr66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkr66. If you are accessing pkr66 on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to that individual accordingly.

Access to pkr66's real-money services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

pkr66 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including valid CNIC documentation, and to suspend or terminate any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified. Any winnings accrued by an underage individual, or by any person providing false age information, shall be forfeited in full.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one Account only, linked to a single individual, a single CNIC, and a single registered mobile number. Duplicate Accounts, Accounts registered under false identity details, or Accounts shared between multiple individuals are strictly prohibited and will be suspended upon detection.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information should it change. pkr66 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — at any stage, and to restrict withdrawal functionality until such verification is satisfactorily completed.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify pkr66 support immediately of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• pkr66 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.

All pkr66 Accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the native wallet currency. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT, subject to availability and any applicable processing limits communicated within your Account.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. pkr66 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend the associated Account where there is reasonable suspicion that a deposit was made using a third-party payment method, stolen credentials, or fraudulent means.

Withdrawal requests are processed only from Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Standard processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals is under 30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take between 1 and 24 hours; card and cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to the standard processing windows set out within your Account interface.

pkr66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly where account activity patterns suggest potential bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Withdrawal requests may be declined, delayed, or reduced pending the outcome of such review.

All Bonuses offered by pkr66, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and referral incentives, are subject to specific Wagering Requirements and eligibility conditions published at the time the Bonus is offered. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict regarding a specific promotion.

pkr66 reserves the right to void Bonus credits and associated winnings, and to suspend the relevant Account, where a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multiple-accounting, the use of betting patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying Wagering Requirements ("bonus hunting"), or coordinated activity between multiple Accounts to extract Bonus value.

All games offered through pkr66 utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) systems certified by independent testing authorities, or live dealer formats streamed and recorded in real time. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, pkr66 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund wagered stakes. Game results displayed within the pkr66 platform interface shall be considered final and binding, save for cases of demonstrable technical error.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC review.

pkr66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where a Player is found in breach of these Terms, where required by applicable law or licensing obligation, or where pkr66 reasonably believes that continued service poses a risk to the Player or the platform. Players may also request voluntary closure or self-exclusion of their Account at any time through Account settings or by contacting support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of funds resulting from your own gameplay decisions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider delays. pkr66's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the balance held in your Account at the time the relevant issue arose.

Players are encouraged to make full use of the responsible gaming tools available within their Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
